AI Consulting · Düsseldorf

First know what pays off.

We map your workflows, work out for each one what it costs today and what would remain after automation, and deliver a prioritised roadmap. Then you decide whether to carry on building yourself or have us do it.

What it’s about

Where do we start?.

The most common question is not whether something can be automated, but where to start. It is a fair question: almost any workflow can be automated technically. But by no means every one of them pays off.

That is why every engagement starts the same way, with a sober mapping. Who does what, how often, for how long, and where is someone waiting for someone else? Each workflow gets two numbers: effort today, effort afterwards. That gives you the order.

At the end you have a roadmap you can work with, even without us. That is intentional: consulting that only makes sense with a follow-on contract is not consulting.

Do you answer lots of similar customer questions every week?

Are there enquiries in your inbox that someone has to sort first?

Do you write quotes or type up receipts by hand?

Does someone regularly put together reports from several sources?

Do enquiries sometimes get left lying or follow-ups forgotten?

Is data copied from one system into the next?

    The difference

    Before and after.

    Before

AI projects start with the tool: you try something out, it sort of works, and nobody can say what it achieved.

    After

You know which workflow costs how much, what automation would change about it and in which order it pays off.

    How to book us

    Consulting, or consulting and implementation.

Both start with mapping your workflows and a prioritised roadmap. After that, you decide who builds.

    Model A

    Consulting

We show you the way, your team walks it.

    • Workflow mapping and assessment by effort and impact
    • Prioritised roadmap with sequence and effort estimate
    • Recommendations on tools, data protection and data flows
    • Training for your team

Result: you can start without us.

    Most chosenModel B

    Consulting and implementation

We show you the way and walk it with you.

    • Everything in model A
    • Building the automation and connecting your systems
    • Testing with real data, handover and documentation
    • Support in live operation and step-by-step expansion

Result: it runs, and access and data stay with you.

    Approach

    From mapping to live operation.

    1. Workflow mapping

We look at what really happens today: tasks, frequencies, waiting times, handovers.

    2. Potential and roadmap

Effort today, effort afterwards. That sets the order, with the biggest lever first.

    3. Implementation

We build, connect your systems and test with real data. Only when it holds up does it go live.

    4. Operation and expansion

We measure, fine-tune and move on to the next workflow.

    Questions

What companies ask before they start.

Can we book the consulting on its own?

Yes, that is explicitly an option. The roadmap is designed so that your team can get started on its own, with recommendations on tools, data flows and order of work.

    What does the consulting cost?

The initial consultation, including a first assessment, is free and without obligation. For the actual analysis you then receive a fixed-price quote, with the scope based on the number of workflows and people involved.

How long does the mapping take?

For a clearly defined area, a few sessions with the people who carry out the workflow every day are usually enough. A reliable roadmap is generally in place within a few weeks.

And if nothing is worth it?

Then that is what the result says. It rarely happens, but it does happen, and it is a far better outcome than a system that nobody uses.

Which workflow is costing you too much time.

Describe it in two or three sentences. You get a free, no-obligation assessment of whether and how it can be automated and roughly what that would mean.
