Workflows that run by themselves.

Answering enquiries, writing quotes, transferring data, building reports: much of this is still done by hand today. We automate it with AI and clear rules. You only step in where a decision is needed.

A calculation aid, not a promise. Which workflow really pays off is what we work out in the free first consultation.

How to book us

Consulting, or consulting and implementation.

Both start with mapping your workflows and a prioritised roadmap. After that, you decide who builds.

Model A

Consulting

We show you the way, your team walks it.

  • Workflow mapping and assessment by effort and impact
  • Prioritised roadmap with sequence and effort estimate
  • Recommendations on tools, data protection and data flows
  • Training for your team

Result: you can start without us.

Most chosenModel B

Consulting and implementation

We show you the way and walk it with you.

  • Everything in model A
  • Building the automation and connecting your systems
  • Testing with real data, handover and documentation
  • Support in live operation and step-by-step expansion

Result: it runs, and access and data stay with you.

Approach

From mapping to live operation.

  1. Workflow mapping

We look at what really happens today: tasks, frequencies, waiting times, handovers.

  2. Potential and roadmap

Effort today, effort afterwards. That sets the order, with the biggest lever first.

  3. Implementation

We build, connect your systems and test with real data. Only when it holds up does it go live.

  4. Operation and expansion

We measure, fine-tune and move on to the next workflow.

Questions

What companies ask before they start.

What if a step fails?

Then the workflow stops instead of carrying on half finished. The person responsible is notified, the error is logged, and once it has been corrected the process continues from the same point.

Do we have to replace any software?

As a rule, no. We build on your existing systems and use their interfaces. Only if a system allows no connection at all do we discuss alternatives before we start.

How soon will the first workflow be running?

A clearly defined workflow is usually up and running within a few weeks. We deliberately start with one that happens often and has few exceptions. It is quick to build and can be measured straight away.

Can we change workflows ourselves later?

Yes. The workflows are built transparently and documented, and we train your team on them. If you would rather hand over maintenance, we take care of it, with no subscription required.

Which workflow is costing you too much time.

Describe it in two or three sentences. You get a free, no-obligation assessment of whether and how it can be automated.
