Use case 02

Content that no longer
starts from scratch.

New pages, current copy, matching images: what somebody assembles in the CMS today is generated from your own data — and only waits for your approval.

The problem

Where the time goes here

Websites do not go stale because nobody wants to maintain them. They go stale because maintenance is manual work. A new product, a new location, a changed service — every time, somebody writes copy, finds images, creates pages and sets internal links.

We turn that around: your master data is the source, the page is the result. Product, location or service data becomes complete pages with copy, images, meta information and linking — in your voice and your layout.

You keep control. Nothing goes live without approval. The difference is that you only review now, instead of producing.

Scope

What gets generated

Pages from data

Product, location or service pages generated from your master data — hundreds of them if needed.

Copy in your voice

We capture your language once; every new text sounds like it afterwards.

Meta data & linking

Titles, descriptions, structured data and internal links are set at the same time.

Updates instead of upkeep

When your data changes, the page changes — not whenever someone happens to notice.

The difference

Before and after

Before

Every new page means writing copy, hunting for images and setting links by hand. Changes are postponed because they mean effort.

After

New pages sit ready as drafts as soon as the data exists. Your job is approval, not production.

How we work

From mapping to live operation

Phase 01

Process mapping

We look at what actually happens — tasks, frequencies, waiting times, handovers.

Phase 02

Potential & roadmap

Cost today, cost afterwards. That sets the order — biggest lever first.

Phase 03

Implementation

We build, connect your systems and test against real data. It goes live once it holds.

Phase 04

Operation & expansion

We measure, sharpen and take on the next workflow.

How to engage us

Consulting — or consulting and implementation

Both begin with mapping your workflows and producing a prioritised roadmap. Then you decide who builds.

Model A

Consulting

We show you the way — your team walks it.

  • Process mapping and rating by effort and impact
  • Prioritised roadmap with sequence and effort estimate
  • Recommendations on tooling, data protection and data flows
  • Training for your team

Outcome: you can start without us.

Questions on Website & content

What companies ask before starting.

Do we have to change our CMS?

As a rule, no. We work where your content already lives, through the interfaces of that system. Only if a system offers no way in at all do we discuss alternatives — before we start.

Won't it sound like a machine?

Only if you let it. We capture your tone from real sample texts and route every page through an approval step. In practice, what people notice is that the pages finally sound consistent.

What about the images?

Images come from your own library or are generated to match — in a consistent visual language, in the right format, with alternative text for accessibility.

Does generated content hurt search visibility?

Arbitrary bulk text does; useful pages do not. What matters is whether a page answers a real question and brings its own data. That is exactly what the structure is built around — volume is never the goal.

Let’s talk

Which workflow costs you too much time?

Describe it in two or three sentences. You will get a free, no-obligation assessment: whether and how it can be automated — and roughly what that means.
